These terms govern your use of ProfileRoast ("the Service"), operated at profileroast.io. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
ProfileRoast provides AI-powered audits of public social media profiles. We analyze publicly available data from Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn to generate scores, roasts, and actionable recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account — shared accounts are not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts receive a limited number of audits. Free audits include a subset of features. We may change free tier limits at any time.
Pro audits are purchased individually or in packs via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once an audit has been generated. Unused audit credits do not expire.
If an audit fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will re-credit the audit to your account. For other refund requests, contact us at hello@profileroast.io.
Audits are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment and educational purposes. Roasts are deliberately exaggerated and humorous — they are not professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for how you use or share audit results. Sharing an audit of someone else's profile in a way that constitutes harassment is a violation of these terms.
The Service, its design, branding, and code are owned by ProfileRoast. You retain no ownership of audit outputs, but you are granted a license to use, share, and publish your audit results for personal or promotional purposes.
The Service relies on third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Groq, OpenAI, Apify, Vercel). We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes by these providers. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that audit results will achieve any particular outcome for your social media presence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileRoast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
